Leytgo is a real-time carpooling app for everyday trips. It starts from trips drivers already make: a passenger heading the same way joins the car at a meeting point on the driver's route, within walking distance. One car instead of two.

Unlike carpooling planned days ahead from city to city, Leytgo also works right when people leave, including with drivers who are already on the road.

• The driver's trip comes first. Their destination stays theirs, and every request is an option they can decline.
• Explicit agreement. Both see the same terms, and nothing is ever accepted on anyone's behalf.
• Honest times. Every time shown includes the walk and the possible wait.
• No false promises. A trip is shown as confirmed only once it really is.

After the Brussels pilot, the target regions are Europe, the United States and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The matching engine works on any road network.

On the roadmap: combining one carpool segment with walking and public transport in a single journey.
